BSI Pre-Construction includes Sales, Estimating, and Contract Review involving project collaboration accross different departments. Each process is individual in nature but works together to provide a complete and comprehensive package designed to ensure that projects are managed within the budgets provided.

Project Management

The purpose of BSI Project Management is to manage the project from beginning to end, technically and finanically, with accuracy. Each project is assigned to one of our project managers who will oversee the operating budget, co-ordination of material to be ordered, and schedule of material to be delivered on time.

Procurement

BSI Procurement manages and tracks all vendor lead times, pricing, product availability, shipping, and payments. Our team will oversee each project to ensure thate purchases meet the budget and shipping schedule.

Installation

BSI installation works directly with clients onsite to install the cabinets, countertops, sinks, bowls and other material. The work behind the scenes to coordinate and prepare for the installation of all BSI products. It's purpose is to generate satisfied customers for repeat business through quality installation teams and maintaining or exceeding expected prfitablility for the company.
